Paulene Williams

Paulene is a competitive age group triathlete. She has been racing triathlons from sprint distance, to 70.3 World Championships, to Ironman distance. As a single parent who has a full-time job, she understands the importance of being able to balance training and the demands of life. She makes an effort to understand where our sport fits in your lifestyle because every athlete is different in how much they are invested in the sport. She prides herself in being involved in her athlete's goals, and knowing when you need that pat in the back or that kick in the butt!

Danielle Liubicich

Ironman Certified Coach, USAT Level 1 Certified Coach

Danielle has been smiling on course since she crossed the finish line of her first triathlon in 2005. She began participating in triathlons and running events to stay in shape during graduate school, and joined the Red Performance Multisport Race Team as an athlete in 2014 coached by Jim Lubinski. She learned that smart, consistent training under the guidance of a talented RPM coach, along with relentless optimism, were key to her finishing strong in triathlons of all distances from sprint to Ironman to USAT Age Group National Championships. Danielle utilizes her teaching skills from years as a college instructor to share what she learns on and off course with others and works hard to help each athlete exceed his / her personal goals.

Bob Seaman

USAT/Ironman Cert., US Master Level 2 swim instructor, AFAA Certitied Traner.

Bob as been racing triathlons for over 30 years. He has grown from a cyclist who was able to "barely survive" the 500 meter swim to a AG winner who consistently gets out of the water in the front of his wave. He has raced on almost every terrain and distance imanagable. He brings all that racing and training experience to your development as an athlete. He has worked with first time Ironmen to World Championship qualifiers, he has taken people barely able to float and made them feel confident in the water. He is easily accessible and flexible to meet your demanding and changing athletic program

Jim Lubinski uses his experience and knowledge As an amateur / professional triathlete as well as his years as an elite ice hockey player to help build a well-rounded approach to building each athlete into a well-oiled/high functioning machine. Jim stresses open communication with his athletes and thrives on seeing each athlete perform their best day in and day out

Cindy Kramer

USAT Cert., USAT Youth and Junior Cert., Certified Athletic Trainer

Cindy began competing in triathlons in 2004. She has competed at all distances of triathlon including Ironman, 70.3 World Championships, and Sprint Distance World Championships. Cindy has been coaching endurance sport athletes in since 2011. She enjoys working with athletes who are new to triathlon. Along with her specialty in working with beginners of all distances, she started working with youth and juniors in both draft-legal and non-draft legal triathlon settings 2014, and will head up the RPM Youth and Junior team.

Chris O’Driscoll

Ironman Certified Coach

Chris started running 5ks and then 10ks then moved on to half marathons, then marathons but became bored with the trudgery of running. Looking for more evariety he did his first triathlon ( with a pool swim!) in long beach. From then on he was hooked. Chris has raced all over the U.S, Europe and South America, from the full Iroman distance and 70.3 to sprint's and OLY's. He identified himself as "middle of the pack triathlete" at best, until the opportunity came to train with Jim Lubinski .Having a detailed and very structured training program made him into a world age group athlete. Chris is now bringing his passion and experience in triathlon to a new group of RPM athletes!
